SO
I'm just chillen in a gym with a couple hundred girls.
It's 1:38 am.
We were evacuated from our dorms.
Bomb threat... ya know.
Just the norm.
SWAT is scopin things out.
We walked past them when we left the building.
They look pretty intense.... lotsa big guys with moustaches
(which is OK, because you can have moustaches on campus, just not beards)
So yeah. Might be a couple bombs.
An RA came by our room to tell us that the school was on lockdown.
The conversation went something like.....
RA: "We're on a lockdown. Stay in your rooms for now, but we may have to evacuate."
Me: "Sooo we should probably....."
RA: "Yeah. Put on more clothes."
So we put on some sweats. And then we sweated. It was super hot.
And then we played apocalyptic music.... Gladiator fight music, to be more specific. Check it out:

We heard that the boys were being evacuated WAY before SWAT came to court us.
Roommate Emma: What's up with this? Don't the girls need to be evacuated FIRST? We're the
ones that need to repopulate the Earth!
Me: I KNOW RIGHT?? Boys' sperm is like unlimited, but... only SO MANY eggs!!
Facebook was rampant with status updates all the while. I had to pee, but I was afraid that We'd be asked to
evacuate mid-pee, or while tampon changing. Awkward much? That's not something you necessarily want to
rush, ya know? Emma was willing to take the risk, however. We know because we could hear her singing
from the toilet....
"open the gates and seize tha day, dont be afraid and dooooont delay"
We made a video to record our potential last moments and posted it on Facebook for our friends and family and our funerals
So then SWAT evacuated us to the Institute/chapel gym. Where we attempted to keep ourselves occupied... keep in mind, this was in the wee hours of the night
A Message from the University's President:
the mayor called the university's president and said there's a bomb threat on campus. some
students have been questioned, but they think it's a hoax. However, since they love us,
they're not taking any chances. Bomb-sniffing dogs are checking it all out. State troopers
are around campus and have the roads blocked so you can't get in or out. For the sake of
maintaining normalcy, classes will be in session tomorrow. I think he expects us to appreciate this.....
So yeah. We're just chillen. In the gym. Together. Waiting. So much excitement....
I still haven't done my homework....
